Place the candle into the bowl of saltwater. Cut it so only a very small space shows above the water. Light the candle and say: "Let the flame be the negative will. Now say: "The water represents the purity, let it course through me in unity." Dip the index and middle fingers of each hand into the water and dab them onto your chest. Meditate for a while, visualizing the drops of water spreading through your body as a cool white light. When you are filled with the light, open your eyes and let it dissipate.
