Relaxation Tea

Ingredients

1 pinch of tea leaves
1 tsp elder flower
3 rose buds (edible)
1 tsp of valerian root
Hot (not boiling) water

Description

Tea to help calm your nerves. Good for: stress, headaches, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and digestive problems.

Spell Casting

Put all the ingredients in boiling water, stir, and let steep for about fifteen minutes. Strain and pour then drink.

Valerian should not be prepared in boiling water, so make sure the water isn't boiling. If the tea is too cold for your liking, just add a tiny bit of boiling water to it afterwards. It goes well (in my opinion) with scones and jam. But everything goes well with scones and jam.

The tea is good for insomnia, anxiety, depression, digestive problems, tension, stress, headaches. Try putting all the dry ingredients in a jar and keep it out of sunlight. You can make tea whenever you like this way.
