Imagine the light slowly growing until you and the charm are enveloped in the candle's light. When you are ready, pick up the charm and gently wave it over the flame while reciting this incantation: "May all my strength be bound in bone Be carved in roots, and set in stone This charm shall keep evil far from me This is my will, so mote it be." Put the charm down at a windowsill or in a safe place where it will absorb sun and moonlight. Snuff out the candle or let the flame burn out.
