Quick Calming Chant

Description

I suggest to memorize this-i use it in times where im under sudden stress.

Spell Casting

Calm yourself (as much as you can, spur the moment)
take 3 deep breaths (symbolizing the Three Times rule)
close your eyes if possible
quietly chant while visualizing happy/calming things:
"Magick, magick, unto me,
hear me now, my soul be free"
chant 3 times (or a multiple of three if there is alot of stress)
