A spell bag for health, which anyone can make to bring healing, or sustain health.

Spell Casting

Pick any 3 to 6 herbs from the list below:
 
Herbs: Adder's Tongue,  Allspice, Amaranth, Angelica, Apple, Balm, Lemon, Balm of Gilead, Barley, Bay, Bittersweet, Blackberry, Bracken, Burdock, Calamus, Carnation, Cedar, Cinnamon, Citron, Cowslip, Dock, Elder, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Figwort, Flax, Gardenia, Garlic, Thyme, Ginseng, Ti, Goats Rue, Tobacco, Golden Seal, Vervain, Groundsel, Violet, Heliotrope, Willow, Hemp, Wintergreen, Hops, Horehound, Horse Chestnut, Anemone, Ivy, Ash,Job's Tears, Camphor, Life-Everlasting, Caraway, Lime, Coriander, Mesquite, Fern, Mint, Galangal, Mugwort, Geranium, Myrrh,  Groundsel, Nettle, Juniper, Oak, Knotweed, Olive, Larkspur, Onion, Life-Everlasting, Peppermint, Mandrake, Pepper Tree, Marjoram, Persimmon, Mistletoe, Pine, Mullein, Plaintain, Nutmeg,Plum, Wild Oak, Potato, Pimpernel, Rose,  Rue, Rosemary, St. John's Wort, Rowan, Sassafras,Saffron, Spikenard, Sandalwood, Sumbul, Tansy, Spearmint, Thyme, Thistle, Walnut.
 
NOTE: Obtain any 3 to 6 herbs from the abovementioned list. (3 minimum, 6 maximum.)
 
To Do:
 
  1. Light Green Candle, and let it burn until you are finished with everything.
  2. Cut your green fabric into a square large enough to hold about 1 spoon(no bigger than a tablespoon)  of herbs.
  3. Take your first chosen herb into your hands, and say "(insert Herb 1) I ask of you to please heal me and keep me healthy" Visualize healing energy being sent into the herb until you can feel the energy of the herbs. Then place it in the middle of your green fabric.
  4. Take your second chosen herb into your hands, and say "(insert Herb 2) I ask of you to please heal me and keep me healthy" Visualize healing energy being sent into the herb until you can feel the energy of the herbs. Then place it in the middle of your green fabric.
  5. Take your third chosen herb into your hands, and say "(insert Herb 3) I ask of you to please heal me and keep me healthy" Visualize healing energy being sent into the herb until you can feel the energy of the herbs. Then place it in the middle of your green fabric. (continue to doing the same until you finish all the herbs if you have acquired more than 3)
  6. Take the corners of your green fabric and bring them to one another so that your herbs are inside of the fabric.
  7. Take some green string or yarn or ropen and tie it so that the herbs can't get out of the fabric. If you wish you can sew it to ensure nothing gets out.
  8. Then hold the sachet in your hands and Say:
  9. "Herbs within, health to me ye shall bring"       while doing this visuaulize yourself as happy, and healthy and all of those great things. 
  10. Blow out the candle.
  11. Carry  the fabric with herbs inside, now called a spell bag, around in your pocket or place somehwere in the house, preferably under your pillow.
