Soothing Foot Soak

Ingredients

Two quarts of warm water
1/4 cup of Epsom salt
1 teaspoon of tea tree oil [sixty drops]
1 teaspoon of almond oil [sixty drops]
1/2 teaspoon of lavender oil [thirty drops]
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

Description

A foot soak that I always use, its soothing scent helps calm nerves and focus the mind.

Spell Casting

Mix the salt, oils, water, and vinegar in a large basin. Immerse your feet, and soak for about thirty minutes.
During that time, close your eyes and allow the scent from the foot soak relax your senses and clear your mind of anything that is troubling you.
Dry your feet with a soft cloth or towel, then massage with lotion.
