Centring Spell

Ingredients 5 white candles Description Good for after casting a spell or after astral projection. Spell Casting Light candles clockwise, inviting each element (air, water, fire, earth, spirit) to the circle and asking them to help centre you. Sit in the middle of the circle and imagine pulling yourself together to once place in your body (head works best for most people) and stay like that until you feel ready. Then stand and say “I call myself to come, I command it. I take control over myself.” Blow out candles anti clockwise, starting at spirit and thank each element.
