Bowl of water (the bigger the better)
Description
Summon and control the rain.
Spell Casting
Chant: "Oh great almighty god and goddess of rain: Our land is in need of water. Make it pour and never stop for days. So mote it be".
Then take the bowl of water and splash it to the sky and say "here is my offering". Stay outside for a hour.
