Shamanism is one of the oldest practices on the planet tracing back to the last ice age 15,000 years ago. Shamanism has its roots in almost every tradition today. Especially those paths that deal with healing and spirits. Please note that Shamanism by definition is a religion and more specifically the one that shamans practice.

We focus mostly on herbalism, spirits and spirit working, divination, astral projection (journeying), healing, basics, energy works, shamanism traditions, and the connections from shamanism to other practices.
