Ok first off you will need a round stone black if using for malicious purposes brighter if benign purpose a.k.a healing elements etc. Now then take the stone (preferably round) and take a dremel or a sharpie marker paint coal whatever you wish even blood wright a insignia a shape like a triangle with a circle on one point and a line that is vertical on the other inscribe it and give it a purpose to enchant that very sigil just douse it with energy for about a hour and there you go a sigil of power! You could even trap a lost soul in the sigil and send it to heaven hell otherworld etc. Have fun! Sorry for my atrocious writing.
