My friend knows a lot about chakra healing. If you have a special stone, stone pendant, or chakra charm, use an incense ( a good article was written by GwenGallow to find an incense you like ) and light it under a tray. It will engulf in flames, but setlle to a smoke. hover your object over the smoke ,make sure its covered, for 30 seconds and then take it out. Do that with as many many objects as you want.
