I made a original article about Norse Rokkr deities. This has a bit about Rokkr Gods. The ones I know about.

Surt: A fire Rokkr deity. Raised Loki as his son. To give a offering, burn food black. Or boil drinks until they are black. Surt has a wife named Sinmora. She likes the same as him. You should praise him with poetry and do acts of valorin his name.

Loki: to do a offering to him burn food.

For Angroboda: acts of strenghth done in her name. For object offerings. Meat, and Drinks.

Fenrir fur and meat of hunted animals. Oh yeah, acts of vengence done in his name.
