Short description of Affirmations

The mind is always open to suggestions. When you tell yourself positive thoughts and repeat such thoughts or phrases, you are using affirmations. 

Examples:

  • I am a confident person. 
  • I accept the way I am.
  • I learn from my mistakes.

Affirmations can be used in spells or when you are trying to develop psychic abilities.

Belief is key with affirmations. Don't repeat these phrases and immediately think "this isn't going to work." That would be a "negative" affirmation. Instead of taking steps forward, you would be taking steps back. Believe that what you are telling yourself is true. 

Affirmations can be said out loud or in your mind. They can be used at any time of day, as much as you like. The more you use affirmations, the sooner you will see results.
