Is this hard?

It,s not sooo hard but one thing I learnt is that you have to constantly keep practicing... I sometimes last 4months ago astral projected not at will but in the process of submission of my major documents I realised I forgot one so I woke up held the documents and tried to go back but it didn't work... so I tried the normal working pattern which is looking at your feet before sleeping and constantly telling yourself I shall awake in my dream and when I am awake I shall see my feet and know I am awake. In astral projection you can fly, you can't read books or time
