How to build up your Ki.

Step One: Place your dominant hand in front of you.

Step Two: Visualize your Ki.

Step Three: Now focus on moving your Ki to your hands. Do that for a minute or two. After moving your Ki to your hand, you should feel heat, or a tingling sensation. Once you feel these sensations, that means you did it right.
