The eye will commit one wish from one human every time a year ends with 13

An eye of the moon happens when a year's numerals end with 13. When midnight strikes on January 1st, 2013 an eye of the moon will appear. Any wish will come true on this date, making it very valuable and very delicate.

The eye will grant you any wish, and it's rare to have your wish not come true. You may want to keep in mind that wish spells do work very well on this date, considering magic is flying in the air. Your wishes are valuable.

You have one wish every century. Use your wish wisely, for you cannot get that wish back.
