Before you go to sleep, place a sachet of lavender on your pillow, close your eyes and imagine yourself in a deepsleep. Then say this over your pillow...
''Peace be mine
In this sleeping time
Dreams be sweet
Allow me to sleep.''
Then go to sleep.
If this spell does not work, than you have no magic and shouldent even be looking at spells.
