Casting Instructions for ' SOUL CHARGING'

Face your palms to the sky, close your eye's and think ''Positive Energy'' or ''Negative Energy''. Do this until you can feel the energy flowing into your hands. Then open your eye's. Use the Energy on whatever you wish. I well post some spells for how to use this energy later. They well have a (W) next to the name.
