- A white candle
- A flower you consider beautiful

Casting Instructions for ' Physical Body Change'
|
Light the White candel and picture the heat, energy and power flowing into and energising you.
Take your flower and cup it your hands (not too tight remember)and recite the following three times:
Nip and tuck
Swell and Grow
Strech and Lengthen
Let it show
Body change in this hour
So that i may be pretty as a flower.
Repeat the spell every night until your body changes.
