- 1 unused piece of paper
- 1 white or red candle
- 1 fireproof container/bowl

Casting Instructions for ' Stress Spell'
|
On a piece of paper write the following:
Magic Moon burning bright,
Let my will be done tonight,
Answer now my ernest spell,
Let all with ___ all be well.
After writing this, picture it coming true. A red candle for health, strength and courage can be used, or a white candle for peace. Light the candle and burn the paper to release the magic and carefully place the paper in the fireproof container. Be careful not to burn yourself.
