Light a red candle and turn off all lights. Make sure there is no light in the mirror. Now close your eyes and invision the person you want to forget about you
Now chant,
“I cast thee away, go on thy path,
Go now without any wrath,”
Now open your eyes and extend your hand over your face in the mirror and chant,
“from thy mind all thoughts of (name) away pass”
Now lower your hand so it is where your heart would be and chant,
“from thy heart all love for(name)from thee I now cast"
As you state this next chant wave your hand in an “s” shape starting from your head and down to the fire.
May it all be done, may it all now pass
At this moment, in a flash”
when you get to “flash” quickly close your hand so the fire is put out. (print spell)
