Items you will need
- 1 cup
- 4 mint leafs
- 3 lavender clipings
- water
- 4 ice cubes(optional but efective)
- salt

Casting Instructions for ' Healing cup'
|
Fill the cup with water,
then add all the mint,lavender and 2 table spoons of salt.
Next mix together and add the ice(optional)
Now dip the wound in the water or pour over the wound,
when dipping leave it in for 1 hour and when pouring do it little by little.
