Items you will need
- extreme focus
- a bowl
- a teespoon targeted persons blood(fresh)
- a strand of target persons hair
- tomato juice
- extreme patience

Casting Instructions for ' Make the person have nightmares.'
|
mix up the tomato juice and hair in the bowl.
have the targeted person drink the juice(with hair) by noon or exact midnight.
after he/she drinks it pour the blood on yourself.
wait 3 days then the target person will start having nightmares
