Use healing energy with physical pain or sickness; can also be used for spiritual pain or emotional pain. Put your dominant hand out with your palm facing up. Move energy from your heart to your palm, and visualize the energy a light blue color forming in the palm of your hand. Don't put too much thought into it, just feel it. Once you feel the energy stirring through your palm, place in on the part of your body that hurts. If it's a sickness, place it on your forehead. If it's emotional, place it on your heart. If it's spiritual, place it on your throat. When you do this you should feel a warm sensation. If you do not feel the warm sensation, don't give up, try again.
