Casting Instructions for ' scratch eradication'
|
first concentrate on the area around the itch then slowly imagin it getting smaller (as if squeezing a zit) and when it is at its smallest imagine it popping. if this is done well then the itch will have stopped it also works for dulling headaches (sadly not getting rid of) and minor burns.
