Cross your fingers on both hands. Raise your arms at a 45degree angle. Close your eyes and look at the sky. Spin clockwise three times. Say the following incantaion:
Where once there was darkness, now there is light
The day cometh swiftly, through curtain of night.
Stay in that position and say this incantation once per spin:
Kether, Kether,
Ain Soph Aur,
Ain Soph
Ain
