If you try to visualize your energy moving about your body and the vizualition gets stuck at a certain point every time, you most likely are blocked. At this stopping point, vizualize a ball of light(any colour, just whatever colour you vizualize your own energy as) obstructing your energy flow. Vizualize this ball of light flattening out and becoming level with the flow of energy. See the block spreading out and circulating throughout the rest of your energy flow. It may take a few times or a few minutes your first time trying this, but I promise it works. I've used this myself many times over.
