Magic Spells - Bowl of Good Cheer

A small bowl of nature to help you through the day.

Take the flower petals, grass, leaves, etc. and put them into the bowl. Leave the bowl next to a window or area (preferably indoors) where it can absorb sunlight and moonlight. Over the next 5-7 days, whenever you feel so compelled, "toss" the petals in the bowl. Once the petals are dry (they'll shrink alot, add more petals every now and then), every morning when you wake up, rub your hands in the petals for blessings of good cheer.

[[NOTE: You may want to colour code (red for love & passion, white for purity and protection, etc.) the petals in the bowl if your want happiness in any one area, but I just have a huge mix for overall joy.]]
