Be On A Ledge Or At Lest Something About 3 Feet Off The Ground . No High Then 4 Feet So You Don't Get Hit. As You Stand On The Ledge Make Sure You Are Over Dirt / Grass. Not Concrete Or Tile Or Anything Like That Or You Can Get Hurt. As Your On The Ledge Clear Your Mind. Now As You Jump Off The Ledge, Dont Hop Off Or Jump Of Like Your Swimming. After You Jump Off The Ledge You Go Towards The Ground. Attempt To If You Put Your Mind To It, Attempt To Miss The Ground And Move Up.
