To FInd Your Animal Totema spell to help find an animal totem Before you go to sleep wrote in a journal
"Guardians of the dream world, I call you to my side.
Reveal my spirit animal, my protector and guide.
Show me the power, beauty and grace
In the radiant eyes of the guardian's face."
Sleep with the journal under the pillow.
You should dream of your animal totem. But its kind of rare for it to happen the first time. If it doesn't work on the second or third it should.
