Stop Smoking Sigilan exercise in simple sigilwork and binding 1.) Take a few cigarettes out of the pack and cut them up, in half is okay
2.) Take the string and "mummify" as many cigarette pieces as you can get (wrap them in the string as completely as you can) while saying with disgust and anger Be gone, my vice, I bind you from me but don't make a ball of string with cigarette pieces-- let it be a little flat so that you can...
3.) ... put the cigarettes wrapped in string back in the pack
4.) Take the pen and mark the cigarette pack with the sigil saying with certainty This guards the wall twixt us so I am free
5.) Hide or bury the pack somewhere Notes

2.) Remaining letters allow the statement of intention to become related gibberish and more "abstract"-- engaging less of the conscious understanding of the statement of intent, and going more for the subconscious.
3.) Writing the letters on top of each other, combining and modifying the lines until it doesn't look like letters at all but a symbol. Select the symbol or sigil that most "feels right." (print spell)
