- Concentration
- 1 cup of water
- Dash of cinnamin
- Dash of salt

Casting Instructions for ' get thinner spell'
|
Fill a glass with one cup of water
then add the salt (dont stop thinking of weight loss through the whole time)
Add the cinnamin
Drink this
After all is gone down to the last drop,suck your stomach in and let it out , as if you were losing weight then gaining it back
Do this for five minutes every 2 hours for six hours
Then go to sleep that night think ing about being your desired weight
By the next day you shold've lost about 5 lbs. at least
