put the ball on a smooth surface. next imagen your aura moving out of your palm and back, like the tide of an ocean. next, emagin your aura going out of your hand and wraping around the ball. next, think of the ball rolling with your aura wrapd around it spining with a tornado's force.next ,flex all your fingers and picture all the aura stop spinning... the unflex them really fast and say ''elam no len kordi''
(it means role with much force in latin)the ball shoud then role.
