this spell can only be made during a lightning storm but there r only 2 ways u can do this. 1: during a lghtning storm u focus on a spot outside for about 1 to 5 minutes. and then u tell urself that that a bolt of lightning will hit their. 2: during a lightning storm u first consentrat on the spot u want to strick with lightning. and then u point at the spot u want to strick with ur wand or hand .then tell ur energy that that its time to attack the spot.
