For folks starting out I'd say select one deck
There are so many out there you may get excited and get several
The issue is unless they are clone decks they are all different as far as images go and some in many other ways as well.
Master one deck,over time you will know your cards like friends
The meanings you learned from books will become your own interpretations..This is great,Tarot card have hidden occult secrets and secrets of human nature and many othet things hidden
So after a while start mastering other decks,maybe you will not wish to read with differrnt decks But the divination and wisdom gained from study,medication and knowledge is priceless.
