Hello, everyone.
Recently (for about a month now), I have been having trouble remembering most of my dreams/a lot of what happens in them. This isn't like me, as I typically would remember my dreams just fine, if not vividly.
I was wondering if anyone could suggest me a spell and/or ritual, herb, crystal, etc, to aid me in remembering my dreams well again?
