A friend of mine has recently aquired an emerald gem he wishes to wear on a necklace. He gave me the stone and asked I give it some magical purpose but wasn't specific to what he wanted. He already has quite a few totems of love which is generally the primary use of emerald. So love isnt an option. I wanted to do something a bit more creative than enhancing foresight and purification (other common uses). Any suggestions for what other type of purpose I can give this gem before I begin drafting a spell of a basic idea I've come up with?
