This was a spell I wrote to give an energy boost. I am completely new to magic so I was hoping someone could help me refine it. You make your hands into shapes that represents fire, earth, light, darkness, water, and wind. Then you say "I call upon thee elements to aid me within my endeavors so mote it be! I thank thee!"
