You need:
3 WHITE candles
picture of that person
Quartz Crystal
Rose, Eucalyptus, gardenia or Peppermint incense

DO:
1. put candles in semi-circle
2. put pic. in circle FACING YOU
3. CHANT or PRAY to GODDESS OF HEALING
4. center YOURSELF and begin visualising enery
5. when peaked direct energy through quartz and onto photo
6. visualise candles doubleing forming circle 'round photo
