I find that most (at least for me) spells work on meaning, not language although repeation seems to help.
This spell is for the defense and protection against spirits or the paranormal that attack mentally. (the mind does wonders) So here it goes:
Imagine any kind of weapon you are familar or comfortable with. (I would avoid long range weapons, which includes any kind of gun. This is mostly melee weapons)
Imagine and create that weapon in your mind. When you are attacked, picture it stabbing, slicing, ect. Remember to mean to hurt it, to attack, and to defend. (but mostly to hurt.)

Please dont try to use this against another innocent being that didnt attack you.
