this spell for me at least helps concentrate energy. now as to where you want to concentrate it you will need to have in mind before otherwise it will either not work or it can just go through your body, or just disipate outside of your body.

spell:
Fire Burns In Hades Cell,
Burning Those Who Cannot Tell,
Whether Or Not,
They Belong In The Pot,
Or Better Yet,
Be Given To Set

note it will last only for a few seconds and can leave you feeling drained afterwards.
