So what people need is really simple
4 candles
Red
Blue
Green
Yellow
Place them in a circle with you in the center if the circle.
Next place them in directions
Green north
Blue west
Red south
Yellow east
Light all the candles
Sit in the center facing the green candle
Ask mother earth to give you balance and stability
Then face west or to the blue candle
Ask the healing waters to heal the pains of life as so not to pollute you
The face south or to the red candle
Ask that fire gives you strength beyond your own
Finally face east or to the yellow candle
Ask that air gives you guidance and wisdom for your life so that you might be a better person for it.
