If you know somebody truly loves you and likes you, but they're scared to admit it to you; then would it be black magic to give them the courage to ask you out or cast a spell to make them ask you out?

The boy was stuck in a position where he had to choose between me and another girl. The other girl was the girl he had just had a falling out with because they argued too much and he said that they were glad to be on a break and he started flirting with me, and told me he had major feelings for me and wanted to esentially be with me, but was scared of hurting me badly(we're ex's).

He ended up picking her over me.
I don't want to break them up using a spell, because that's immoral. Plus, I want them to both truly deeply want to be broken up, so it's mutual between the two of them.

I want to make him tell her the truth, and I want him to not be scared of hurting me either. I've been looking for spells to cast, but have been apprehensive as to whether it would be right to force somebody to do so since I'm messing with their will.
