My husband and his sister inherited a commercial property when their parents past away. Although the two downstairs properties are both rented, we have been unable to find a tenant for the upstairs office. It has been untenanted for almost two years, whilst everything around it has been rented. I'm wary of casting money spells (I've never tried anything for personal gain) but I would like to try something to get this off our hands. Has anyone got any suggestions or has anyone been in a situation like this, if so what worked for you? My sister in law wants to buy a house at some point and will need her share of the money, we will never be able to sell if it remains untenanted.
