Energy Ball

Put your hands together like a bowl, and ( this is the technique I use ) visualise energy in your head. Most common colour is light blue. Visualise it as a cloud flowing through your body. Now interrupt that flow, and take some of the energy to the bowl. Your hands get cold/ warm and the energy is caught between you hands.
