Whenever I meditate i cannot metitate to the fullest because I always have something in my head you see its either a song (mostly) or a picture i can kinda get the picture out of my mind but i can NEVER get the song out so i dont know if i even meditate properly
Can somebody help me on how to clear my mind cause for me its so hard!
