I'm not sure what type of spell to cast - a binding or banishing spell. I really need this person to completely get out of my life and my child's life. This person is in jail for what he did to my child but he keeps trying to appeal the court decision over and over. Each time we get a new court order stating we have to show up for court it brings back the feelings of sadness and helplessness for us, even though it's been years. I understand there's consequences to everything, but at this point, I just need this person to disappear.
