Can i come up with a spell to lose weight to make my belly nice and flat.yes i can be slim once again i think therefore i am to be slim.i shall put the wheels in motion to lose weight it is just my belly that i need to lose weight from so no more chocolate as this is not good for your belly.but alot of friut can have the desired effect of feeling fullfilled.so the spell was to put my mind into the proper frame of thinking therefore i hope i slim down at a fast rate.
