This is a question I wanted to ask for a while.

So the most basic thing of craft is, you gather the energy, you program it, and then you direct it. From my past researchs, I only saw people containing energy in gems and other valuable stones.

I however, am a sucker for those classic, non special stones we see in the beaches. When I look how smooth and nice they are, see them shells waiting to be filled with energy!

So I wanted to ask, can we use a normal stone we can find anywhere, as long as we love how it looks, to contain our programmed energy for a later use? Or after directing our energy into it, we can only bury it because energy won't stay in it. I'm avaiting your answers, thanks in advice.
