I was sitting in the living room (just watching tv) and felt.... a kindove.... power I guess. It felt like it was surrounding me so I got a little nervouse. Then when I finally got slitly distracted by the tv it went away. I couple hours later I started thinking about it and tried to do it. The same feeling happened and it was harder to get a breath in, so I stopped. To more describe the feeling: I get hot, its a little harder to breath (not unbearable), and i feel surrounded by (I guess) pure energy. I would really like to know what (if anything) I just did.
